Riot plays on the fact that Jas reconnected (because he was told by the admin that Yohpa couldn't play) to justify their decision

JL has Yohpa as a registered sub for the Ascension and asked the admins for him to come in (the rulebook allows it) but they refused (bcuz the admin himself dont know the rules)
