EMEA: Turkey (BBL, FUT), Spain: (KOI, GIA, TH)
Americas: NA, LATAM, Brazil
Asia: Korea, Japan, APAC(?)

I like the idea of subregions cuz I think it adds to the competitiveness once the actual leagues start

Realistically the only way they win this is through the penny, wippie, immi core. Best players on the team and top 20 players in the league.
