So 55 bo3 minimum?
Already got the excuses ready for when Fnatic loses?
Simple. Nothing except for 1st place matters, everyone else lost the tournament, and you shouldn’t care where they placed.
This tournament is the purest form of competition. Random seeding and single elimination. Win or go home. We will truly show who is the strongest team. No more excuses.
This isn’t like Champions 2021. There is absolutely no possibility that the format changes.
Here’s the bracket: https://i.imgur.com/vhUmIET.jpg
you always wanted to be more than a forum shitposter
maybe he's not fake nice, maybe you guys are cynical toxic shitheads
There's 4 good Korean players on other teams in the Pacific league, also, it will take some time, but I truly believe there will be a large number of Korean talents in this game in a few years, especially if the most succesful one, DRX can continue to bring attention to Valorant in Korea, hopefully by winning an event
he had family issues, so I don't really blame him
Lost millions cause of their dumbass ex-owner lol
The old SEN players just didn't want to work hard, they can enjoy making content on G2
How does it feel to be the worst region in the history of Valorant?
日本人じゃないけどがんばれムラシ
He's probably paying like 30k USD a month
Just wait for K corp vs KOI
No, but to win Ascension you know you have to be the best non-partnered team in all of the americas right? You have to beat teams like the Guard, M80, 00Nation, not bums like Dark Ratio, The Silk Road, and Breakthru
Straight from Moon Raccoons twitter bio: "The #1 free agent valorant organization in North America!"
Also not sure why you think this is a good response to my point
You think beating unsalaried teams is the same as winning the entire Americas region?
They haven't played a single salaried team lol
Loud will be 2 tiers above any other brazilian team
What scene am I making? Just wondering why people have such a bad understanding of the format in general. Shouldn't have mentioned Toast, cause I didn't even criticize him and got tons of heated responses.
"someone who is entering our world and is willing to invest into a team of 5 talented players and a coach" Yeah I know he's putting a ton of money into this kind of a project so I don't see why he wouldn't know what he's signing up for?
Massively downgraded their roster. Never doubt the Kangaroos!
The thirty partnered teams will go back to their 3 leagues, Americas, Pacific, and EMEA. The exact format of the 3 leagues hasn't been revealed, but I'm assuming that each team will play the all the 9 other teams in their league in a best of three series over about 7 weeks. The top 6 or 8 teams (I don't know the exact number yet) will play some kind of a playoff, and the top 3 teams in those playoffs will make it to Masters Tokyo in June. The only exception is the league where the winner of São Paulo is from. There will be 4 teams from that league.
G2 and Shopify play here. They basically do a round robin in groups for around 6 weeks and then the top 8 will play a tournament in march. The groups and the tournament give circuit points based on how well you do. Then they'll do another split of round robin. The top 8 teams with the most points play in Challengers Playoffs in June. The two best teams there will qualify for Ascension Americas in July. That will have 2 teams from Latin America and 2 teams from Brazil. The final winner of that tournament (Ascension) will get a 2 year contract into the Americas partnered league and the monetary benefits there. All 30 partnered teams in the three main leagues will first play in São Paulo, Brazil starting February 13th. Hope that answers your questions. If you have anymore just let me know.
I guess people don't wish say anything nice to each other in Brazil, I heard it was a polite country but from what you're telling me is that they aren't really
Considering like 5% of your population speaks English I'm sure they don't, but I'm sure they say, "mantenha-se seguro" or whatever the translation is
Do polite people not exist in Brazil?
Did you hear that he's signed a team? that shit ain't cheap so it would make sense to spend like 5 minutes looking at the format
Not that confusing if you watch Riot's videos or read their posts and if you are paying players it's pretty important to know what you're paying them to do
Do you have any specific questions or do you want a full explanation?
I don't know what the fuck you're talking about. I was trying to be nice and end the conversation and now you're telling me to kill myself
How did i get offended?
keep yourself safe
Yeah it doesn't matter at all since it's his money and he can do whatever he wants with it, but I'm wondering if he knows how much stuff money he could make if he won ascension, cause it's a lot
I didn't say anything inflammatory and you get so offended
Tarik understood him fine, but he was wrong about the format, this isn't even about Toast specifically, just that he specifically signed a team so I would expect him to know the format
Except for getting a bunch of stuff wrong sure
Even Toast who has signed 6 people each for like 5k a month doesn't know what his team is fighting for
You guys know it would be fucking amazing for the game if women were able to get to a tier 1 level. Besides just being misogynist I actually can't think of a reason why you would root against them, but whatever ¯_(ツ)_/¯
