There are shades to being lucky.

And while Toast is lucky to be rich, he really was unlucky in terms of what the title suggests as well.

Some people get lucky with money and waste them on themselves or garbage, while Toast put them in esports.

and this is truly worrying
just imagine
visualize in your head map pool that does not have Ascent and has Breeze. That would be just a disaster.

Imagine yourself

  • Breeze Icebox Sunset Pearl Lotus Bind Split

Disaster.

posted 6 months ago

The fact that Icebox is the only map that is not suffocatingly hot (thematically) is also a big, big failure from the side of Riot.

Haven being out of map pool while breeze is in is the biggest disaster in Valorant history.

i dont believe you

"last round" "previous round"
"their Viper's Pit" just "the Viper's Pit"
literally anything, even your suggestion is nice, just remove the sarcastic "beautifully"

posted 6 months ago

Yeah i apologize, in Americas casters do that too, a lot, especially babybay
He legit said yesterday "Especially if you play against THAT breach, you have to try to get THAT timing, cause otherwise THAT utility will destroy you"

Like, i dont mind using that that often, but sometimes it is jsut too much, cuts the ear and you even get a little confused who's smoke is "that smoke".

posted 6 months ago

you dont get it
it is not about structure of the sentence
it is about putting "that" before any object or action
"they have to get past that smoke, to plant that spike, otherwise that lead of opponent's team will grow". something like that.

posted 6 months ago

very cool bro
keep being nice

posted 6 months ago

The point is that they lack versatility in language and put "that" whenever they can.
"Team Secret secured that round really nicely with that Viper's Pit" - a typical sentence that casters say when round goes slow

posted 6 months ago

What? You don't notice it?

posted 6 months ago

They are obsessed with word "that".

They use that "that" word way too much in that Pacific region.

edit: I APOLOGIZE IT IS NOT A PACIFIC THING
Yesterday, i watched a Americas match some of them also over use "that" sometimes, and right now in Pacific casters are great!!!

READ THE FIRST MESSAGE OF THE THREAD

posted 7 months ago

"handling !clove" ? No one said people can't handle clove command. Author of the thread said that people use clove command to rather start negativity in chat than to educate. PLEASE READ.

posted 7 months ago

it says "clove command is bad" and not just "clove is bad"
please read again carefully

posted 7 months ago

bro you just used the common argument without even realising that it doesnt fit here.

It is nowhere near about handling a video game charachter, as you say. The author of the thread raised the question on effectivness and negative impact of !clove command.

READ THE MESSAGE BEFORE REPLYING TO IT

i just hope that someone who genuinely doesn't know all the lore about Clvoe being 'they\them' doesn't get banned for calling Clove she.

Link a thread where people care

posted 7 months ago

my bad, maybe that's cause i have westjett blocked xd

posted 7 months ago

where are the mad people.
Jesus chirst, my entire twitter feed is in influencers complaining about "community backlash" about the new agent but i swear to god i did not see a single negative comment\post except a joke about permaban for misgendering. That's it.
Like show me where is the hate. Yes people are anticipating another westjett post and there 100% are a some looney pepople, but there is no "community backlash". People are just imagining issues for farm while community is OVERWHELMENGLY accepting and encouraging.

same in my language
and it's really strange to use "them" as singular, especially since it's already has other meaning (plural 'you' means respect)
it's such an american thing, only kids in my school cried when they were getting called he a 'she' or she a 'he', no one ever cared about mispronouncing someone

You are a very good consumer, indeed.

posted 7 months ago

Because people care about what their favorite game teaches you and other people.

It's actually 2SLGBTQIA+ and not just "LGBTQ+"
Please be respectful.

posted 7 months ago

Idk
It is much better to keep it lowkey than go wild after every single step a player makes.
Like, there are legit casters that go crazy after EVERY. SINGLE kill\move\etc.

sleeping with teammate in the same bed is less weird (not weird at all to be honest) than telling how you cuddle with your girlfriend at night to the internet

2 things:

1) Even if you think that a certain advantage is not "SO SIGNIFICANT" you can't just pretend it doesn't exist!
2) No, 24 ms is not 0. And it all does not come down to the 24 ms. It is not insignificant either though!

posted 8 months ago

How can you deem ~24 ms reaction time difference as insignificant when talking about FPS?

posted 8 months ago

I agree that men, women and trans people should have equal rights and be treated equally as well.
But denying the fact that biological male humans on average have certain advantages does not help this cause .

Men play more video games, men have better reaction time. Again - on average. Sure, there are some women who play more than average man does and have better reaction time than that of an average man.

Instead of blatantly twisting the truth, we should better focus on explaining to those hyperfixated on blunt mysoginistic idea "man>woman" that this is not the case because succes in Valorant does not ONLY depend on biological factors but on SO MUCH MORE and further elaborate on what the "MORE" means.

Do not fight a lie with another lie. This will never lead to anything good.
