First win was like EG or something iirc after like 5 matches. Also EG was shit before 100t lost to MIBR in 2023. But they picked it back up and managed to win stage 1 while EG managed to pick it up and win fuckin champs. So I think us fans just need to stop overreacting and riding off of the VLR hate wave, because honestly Haven looked quite promising despite some slip ups and I do think 100t could be quite good this year too if they start shooting back like how they did last year after EG win

Zeus forced Keria and Guma to play weak side cause he's a hyper carry and needed tons of resources, and bringing in Doran (who usually plays weak side) allows bot and Oner to cook up shit. With Doran on the team Oner can play carry junglers and Guma can start getting resources. Also Doran kind of fathered Zeus domestically in LCK, but is known for being an international choker.
