Val will get more viewer numbers coz in esports what matters is content rather than actual skill at least at this stage. I have no doubt it will change and youll see more boring teams become dominant in the scene as the meta evolves but right now its basically a 5 stack pug league compared to cs (IT WILL CHANGE IM NOT FLAMING VAL AS A GAME DONT GET TRIGGERED)

Because most of the valorant content which shows up for cs fans is valorant fans trying to compete with cs its just boring

what im trying to say is NA success is no surprise in retrospect given that good NA teams are losing players to val but good EU teams are keeping their players

?? most of the good na players are from cs. Until a team can win a tournament without an ex cs player then thats fair but it wont happen for a few years

Is it not true that players in NA who switched to VAL were of a much higher level its just NA CS etc was dying whereas in EU it wasnt, thus there is a bigger pull for even top tier NA players whereas that doesnt exist in EU. Its not like youve got dupreeh leaving for valorant because no org wants to sign a cs team but if dupreeh was an NA player he might well do that

why do people think im making excuses?. I couldnt give a shit if EU play well in valorant. NA CS was dying whilst they still had very good players but that wasnt happening in EU. So you have very good players in NA leaving for Valorant whereas you have not so good players leaving for val in EU. Its not an excuse its an explanation

NA CS players all ran to val when they werent nearly as washed as the players who ran from EU CS
