I think it's in-between LOL and CS, Masters matter more than MSI and Champions matter less than Worlds but there is still a sizable difference between them.

In esports as a whole I can think of Snax from cs who is 6'7" afaik

I think that your list is the best list I've seen by far but I think that t1 should definitely be in 3, at least a weak 3 minimum. They were throwing a lot in the past but recently they have looked good.
