Jemkin/Xccurate and maybe some other newly signed players are different story. Some newly signed players took 3 months to get VISA to franchise hub city. Not everyone has 1st world country passport to make VISA process fast. The indian players at GE last year took until April to get their VISA to travel to Korea.

Other “region” are continents comprised of many countries. VISA makes things difficult to organise things like this.
