this is for Americas Franchise right? If this for future Masters and Champions, can already seeing player/s from CIS/Asia missing the event due to VISA issues. Europe for Masters/Champions way more friendly for international visitor + middle timezone between Asia + American viewers.

well yer cause APAC so many countries involved, u cant have APAC with 1 slot in previous tournament. Thats like giving entire EMEA 1 slot. JP and KR (2 countries only) are the only countries in East Asia that are involved.
Crazy Raccoon have Astell (Korean player) in their current Valorant team and has had Medusa/Bazzi/Munchkin in their former Valorant Team. Crazy Raccoon also have an all Korean Apex Team. Those Korean players that has played for CR before and currently have huge japanese loyal fanbase. Its a win-win for JP and KR.
better solution would be having APAC North and South. If China sorted out their problem and have it resolved 4 KR, 3 JP, 3 CN wouldn't cause so much trouble to APAC South (SEA/SA/OCE) situation
maybe this is the result of China not having the game officially out yet. Im sure the KR-1 slot would go to China.
If America has 5 and Korea also have 5, theres probably a host country advantage to having at least 4+ org from that designated country (Seoul/LA).

fact that OCE and Japan not/barely included in the pacific pre much sums how too big of a region Asia have with too many different countries involved. Sadly due to China not releasing the game officially we wont have 2 separate league of APAC South (SEA, SA, OCE) and APAC North (JP/KR/CN). Separating Pacific into 2 region will probably be a better solution for everyone involved.
NA gets even fairly treated with SA: "Where's our special privileges? We don't like to be treated like others, we want to be special"
Americas: 5 NA + 5 SA (3BR + 2 LATAM)
Pacific: 5 APAC + 5 East Asia (3KR + 2 JP)
u wanna keep it balanced and fair. If 1 region gets more than others (e.g 6/10 NA), favouritism and bias will never create a game that treat all region equally.
Both Sliggy and TMV has its own niche. I like TMV cause he's open minded to cover regions from APAC/EAST ASIA/South America in which I rarely ever get from english speaking content creator/Streamer. He also likes to poke fun at NA and he malds quite a bit in which I don't get to see from sliggy.
