I totally agree that for a team like 100T with the fanbase and clout that they have to be okay with always coming up short is not the right mindset. I agree that Asuna and Cryo are great characters and teammates but at this point the 100T roster has been Ship of Theseus'd around Asuna for so long and he's the only plank of the ship left to replace. Every roster regardless of players and coaches has always found a way to come up short and often choke in brutal ways after giving their fans hope. I personally think this last offseason was their best chance to make the change since Cryo looks best consistently on controllers specifically, and Asuna just lacks the elite consistency that a lead duelist at the top requires as well as not being able to play Jett since they seem to prefer Jett/Raze in their comps/map pool. Zander also hasn't had that pop-off yet in their games so far either, and Boostio has been repeatedly out-called and has fallen off hard mechanically too unfortunately. Mada and Verno literally showed them today what they could've had. In my opinion, Eeiu and Cryo(on controller only) are the only locks and everyone else including the coach have a big question mark next to their names.
