Could be tough to make it out of groups but I doubt they'll bomb out in groups
I think in the short term it will give us much more competition consistently, but they really should make the franchise system larger and make it from 10 teams to something like 15. Also, they really need to make VRLs or some type of Tier 2 competition that actually makes orgs want to stay in the Tier 2 scene, and maybe a pro/rel playoff between last place in the main league and like the top teams from the VRLs.
stupid as shit, no reason to treat it as a competition
Is there no BR or LATAM LCQ for Champions, I've searched through liquipedia and vlr and haven't found anything about them.
bro has 3 times my posts in a third of the time on my site lmao
Optic and Loud in a group together would be deadly lmao
The automatic byes are for NA, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM/BR first sead lmfaoo
If 100T was in Korea they would absolutely dominate the region
The only team that can do anything substantial in Korea is DRX and they always get stomped once they play real teams internationally bro, sorry to tell you but stop huffing the copium
Korea a 1 team region + DRX got beat by your fluke team at Reykjavik clown
If Onic were there they would be S+ tier
no way you're saying Japan is worse than Korea or LATAM
Brazil would be an insane region if their teams could actually form strats instead of running around like its a ranked game
just making playoffs is what I think should be the goal for Northeption, it will be difficult considering the talent coming from the other regions, but it's definitely not impossible.
Insanely crazy that JP used to be by far the worst region in the world, and now they are actually really good and have shown they aren't just a one team region in Zeta, but have actual depth in teams like Northeption. Let's see if Northeption can make an insane run through masters like Zeta
Is NIP actually any good or are they just skill diffing BR teams like they used to
mwzera is love, mwzera is life. Without mwzera there is nothing worth living for. Every morning I wake up and turn on my tv to watch my specially curated mwzera raze montage so I can revel in the greatness that is mwzera. After I eat breakfast, I shower and go to my room to kiss my mwzera cutout, and then go out with my custom made mwzera Keyd Stars official jersey. I go door to door with a video of mwzera and mwzera's vlr stats page and spread the good news of the greatest raze player to touch the game of valorant. I rarely get people to respond, but some likeminded individuals join me in my quest to show to the world who the greatest Brazilian to ever live is. Neymar? Pele? Ronaldinho? These frauds are nothing in the face of the god of valorant mwzera. Every day I play 5 hours of valorant ranked a day instalocking raze so I can be like my idol mwzera. Whenever somebody locks her in before me I go to their house and beat the shit out of them and then dodge the queue so I can go back to learning to play raze as well as my god mwzera. One day I hope to meet mwzera, and once this happens, I will kill myself, as I can no longer achieve levels of happiness higher than when I meet the god of raze, the greatest Brazilian of all time, and the greatest flex player in the world mwzera.
unfortunately, I don't think LATAM teams are good enough to even compete with 3-8 in NA, KRU kinda just stagnated after champs
The 2 finalists of Champions 2021 never made it to a masters event and only one can possibly make it through LCQ
even if he doesn't talk much, it feels like a pretty massive problem to not have everyone speaking the same language with how chaotic valorant gets
new copypasta just dropped
English, do you speak it??
Have you ever seen portuguese, korean or apac folks flood the vlr community with their language??
They don't cause most people understand that english is the universal language at this day in age, it baffles me how poor is the education in BR, very rarely you'll find a brazilian who is able to talk in any other language but portuguese, like for real get some education, you guys are the only country in America that speaks that useless language. No one gives a fuck about portuguese, have some respect for the rest of the world and learn some proper english, autistics fucks
are there any actual reports or are you just talking out of your ass
he's saying gambling is bad bro do you not agree with that????
100 Thieves, I liked their logo, and as I got into esports I saw the way 100T was run and how much better it was run than many other teams. Also they make good hoodies
if rito actually is going with no crowd then it's confirmed they're actively trying to sabotage this game's scene
wardell is overrated
if I actually want to pay attention to the game I watch sliggy, if I want someone goofy and will just fuck around while also inputting some baseline analysis, I go with wyatt
yay and mocking on one team means death for the competition in NA
they don't need the money that much
bro no way you act think it's useless to donate to charity
Heroic is a Danish org, tho, I don't rlly know the visa situation in Europe but I don't think it's very good
it's a good look for the players dude, orgs need fanbases and doing nice stuff like this would be good for getting fans. Why do you think the NFL gives to charity with the pro bowl and the NBA does the same with the all-star game? It's all to make the teams and players look good and an opportunity to advertise for a charity they think is important.
the point is they won't need the money, if they truly are the best at their role in the world they are getting a spot on a franchise team and they're gonna be getting huge salaries, so using this as a charity show match is good pr both for riot and for the players and teams involved
I was thinking of a split kinda like how the NBA does it where players get 25% of the vote, the media gets 25%, and the fans get 50%, I'd say do the same and players get 25%, casters/analysts get 25%, and then fans get a 50%
nobody's goal would be to get the prize money for valorant all stars dude, its a show match nobody would be trying that hard
good PR plus with franchising coming up these mfs won't need some 10k prize pool to be split between 5 ppl when they're getting 500,000 yearly salaries
could be interesting, signing russian players right now is a huge risk tho
