A lot of these teams knew valorant will eventually franchise a lot of the initial hype is for some of these tier 2 orgs to get star players or team that could potentially be tier 1.

If SEN actually get rid of most of their roster I'm more convinced every team will do similar. I really do hope the franchise org really focus on building highly competitive teams not just keep players ect.

There's a lot of factors but a big org with no controversy, strong fan base, and good financials/history will always be favor. For a business standpoint it makes sense. Sure it sucks for some of the other orgs but when they enter valorant with the idea of franchising they already taking that risk.
