of course cs players will do better now cause its still tactical fps. Valorant is doing what no other esports have done and that's getting the women audience into the pro scene. There's more interests for them in valorant both from a casual and professional perspective. I shouldn't say they haven't play or weren't pro in other games but I feel like the women scene for other esports are so barebones its really hard to grind or improve in that type of environment.

Its gonna start feeling like rank for a lot of ppl cause the skill gap in decision making and aim is there. Watching pro 10 mans made me realized how bad rank is even at radiant level. Valorant is a totally different game in pro 10 mans and its more so different in a pro team vs pro team setting. The comms were just so much better and even if you lose you don't get as frustrated.
