ye I think most teams in Americas wouldve just gotten stomped by LOUD especially in Ascent
SEN had good ideas and were pretty well drilled with their protocols its just that the comp from LOUD is such a curveball

ye I think most teams in Americas wouldve just gotten stomped by LOUD especially in Ascent
SEN had good ideas and were pretty well drilled with their protocols its just that the comp from LOUD is such a curveball
their Bind is their most creative map and thats because TenZ cooked up a playbook for Yoru
I think the players need to take some initiative cause we know they can cook up strats
this series they just played off the book and you cant win when you’re facing an innovative team like LOUD
man LOUD is so good!!
the utility is just superb
Saadhak dies to molly so he can reset his hp
LOUD fought for Kj ult but SEN held it thats why they got detained
the utility, ideas, individual plays, calling, teamplay are all so good
theres like so many layers of strategy in each round
his util has been great though
most of Zekken’s entries has had good flashes and his dog has gotten them a couple of kills
at this point if they streamed them fixing the tech issue it would be much more entertaining than playing the same clips over and over again
we wouldve been 2nd map or already finished a series if it was Japan organising this event
they normally do PC checks a couple of days before the event so a delay like this is probs something they didnt account for
anyone know what the issue is? are they like reinstalling a new PC cause thats the only explanation I can see why it would take 2 hours for a tech
really good supporting utility, good midround calls and fragging power is as good as expected
they still have some things to improve on obviously but they are looking mad good
is havoc about to pull a Jemkin and topfrag this map
nerves and role change
I was looking forward for his debut didnt expect it to be him going 2/20 💀
the thing is that he wont.
the way he plays for some reason causes everyone around him to go negative lmao
the fact that he couldve been the difference maker to win them that map must be tilting for him
hope he comes back second map or else his confidence might tank when he plays their next match
he’s a good player. he’s just nervous
once he gets his footing I think he’ll be a strong part of this team
China: stew
Pacific: Jemkin
EMEA: Ardiis (I just wanna see FPX Ardiis again)
Americas: Oxy
VCT Pacific just dropped another banger go watch
the fact that its all well produced says how much the team in Pacific really cares about the product they are pumping out
some of these could be Master/Champs level teasers for teams
if you include ethnicity wise I would have
Zekken, Invy, Cryo, Yoshii and JessieVash
there is like 3 people with overlapping roles though
agreed
this game had a mixture of everything that you can expect to see in a high level VCT match
I think you’re misunderstanding how talented tier 2/3 players are
you only think the top GC players are so good or even comparable to mid tier 2 teams in Challengers is because they get more exposure so we see more clips of them popping off
what we dont see is a lot of these tier 2 players grinding for years in these 3rd party tournaments without any recognition
SR is a decent team its just that the expectations for them are blown out of proportions
Dplus Esperanza came out and played today
DFM needs better scouting
theres a lot of good JP players and import players in JPCL but for some reason they are recycling players from two years ago
getting Kr1stal would be the right move if they dont perform well this Split
I think Northeption would still be a bottom tier team like DFM
personally I would just sign the SCARZ core + some of the Jadeite players
its not about what Zellsis says but the its the energy he puts out to the whole team
anyone can praise their team but not everyone will actually believe in that if you dont have an outspoken personality who has a strong mental like Zellsis does
i think you’re forgetting that these players are getting paid big money to compete
they are spending a lot of hours into the game practicing not only because they want to win but its literally their job
they are essentially “athletes” and its inevitable to not get criticism when they are underperforming
both Valorant and League BLG teams have a player named “knight”
what a coincidence
why would you bench a player that brings in viewership to the esport?
it doesnt really matter if Sentinels wins or lose because at the end of the day TenZ brings in numbers and thats what matters
I think Jexen will just be a 2nd coach and xpz will be the head coach
SEN, LEV
FNC, NaVi
PRX, BLEED
EDG, JDG
might go back to JPCL or better is that he gets picked up midseason by a Chinese tier 1 team
hopefully BLG course corrects themselves cause their performance in the evo series was atrocious
Viva’s agent pool is Jett, Viper and Sova but with jkuro and stew in the lineup I doubt his Jett will be needed unless they flex jkuro to a Breach or something weird like that
ye I think yoman wants to compete instead of staying as assistant coach since they already got Billyo which is an already good pickup from JDG
if he competes I wanna see him play with Zest in KRCL
I have a feeling Viva will still flex to Sova and Viper and in double duelist maps jkuro will take the Raze over stew, who will play Jett because he can Op
a main element of Icebox’s map design is verticality and Yoru doesnt take advantage of that
I’d rather have a Raze or a Neon over a Yoru
Also the same reason why Jett is meta in this map
if they do win OXG will have 2 years in the League so they probably will pick them up once they turn 18
this is what I dont get with VCT is that why cant we have a more spread out season instead of having a 5 month offseason
League Worlds finished in November and all their regional league starts mid January
Why couldnt we just start in January or at least make it so that the season isnt crammed in a 7 month schedule
the fact that Zest while being in and out of the bench still innovated with Viper in Split while also performing consistently to keep DRX alive in tournaments is crazy
idk what happened but the coaching staff really wanted Zest gone and bro was still delivering an amazing performance throughout the year
hope he gets signed to a tier 1 team mid season cause its definitely a waste of talent for him to be stuck in KRCL
now that we are a month away from the Kick off tournaments
which teams look like they could upset and snatch a slot to Madrid in all regional Leagues
definitely has a higher chance of winning Pacific Ascension than Americas with how competitive tier 2 is in NA
JDG signed the Rare Atom team + jkuro
I think Vici is now a free agent
