LOL, all of this happened in 2022, Pancada, Sacy and Saad had PREVIOUS experience.

Pancada was a crossfire player who got second place 2 times at worlds, that is competitive and fps experience. Less and Aspas were 2 ranked players, it is not comparable.

New Loud is Saad and 4 kids... Pancada and Sacy were experienced players. It can work in the long run, but I don`t think next year will be enough. They also need very strong leadership from the coach, Wich we don't even know who will be.

Cara, o mundo competitivo de alto desempenho é assim em qualquer setor, o que tu fez hoje já tá velho, o que conta é o que tu tem para oferecer daqui para frente, se eles sentem que precisam de outro tipo de técnico para seguir evoluindo, eles estão certos em fazer isso.
