The best way to know if a player is a good duelist is RAZE. There is a BIG difference between a good duelist and a jett abuser

nope, they're a storied roster and have extremely talented players. They play by taking momentum and answering enemy teams plays. The Guard plays and then lets the enemy react. a very easily punished playstyle. Guild plays a more sophisticated game and I admire that from them.

seriously ORDER did it and lost badly and now AE are doing it and losing badly. seriously though. Bind is one of Paper Rex's BEST MAPS, it's nearly as suicidal as picking bind against them (again ORDER did that) ong ORDER fucked up MONSTEROUSLY in map veto's.

Ur not inconsistent, different maps force you to change your playstyle. for example obviously split makes you play for more body shots given the close ranges. Where as breeze has really long angles and forced you to go for HS.

I'm High Plat-Low Diamond and mine is around 27%
But i have 6% on split and 40% on breeze so it varies wildly.
While on the topic of ranks I'd like to share that I've reached Radiant #223. Got VERY lucky with teammates in a row lol. That was the first time my match history was completely green, which kinda makes me an OpTic fan.
