Well they ain't wrong that shit was peak

As long as they make 3 grand finals with the yay carry, I'm sure icy doesn't mind

Wow

Or maybe he was just talking about NA

posted 2 months ago

They paid a huge buyout to get him and then went on to drop him after the first tournament due to money issue. They clearly didn't think this through and fumbled arguably the best player during that time.

Don't talk about shit you know nothing about, esports in itself isn't necessarily profitable.

Definitely up there, that OT was some of the best I've ever seen

What's my guy waffling about??

People wanna exaggerate shit so much just to bring someone down especially if they were at the top at some point.

Thats the game awards which yay won esports athlete of the year through voting not this 😂

What are you even saying? Simple won that lmao

Lmao, good effort

Chamber nerf definitely played its part, but your not aware that yay used to play a dominant role with sage and breach way back. And what do you mean by 3 teams? As for zeek, apparently he had medical issues with mental health

I have the atmost respect for every player and I want to understand where everything went wrong. There nothing dickriding about it. Ask other pros about it, its normal. Competitive rigor is normal, when my teammates laughing and ignoring comms I will get frustrated too. You are clearly on a hate bandwagon disrespecting players by mocking them by making fun Y0y and what not. Sure its funny but this thread was to understand his downfall you can argue why but stop assuming someone is dickriding lol

Yes but the point of this analysis is because it wasn't steady decline its almost as if it happened overnight, how's that possible? his style, aim, skills everything down right poor all over the span of a month, howz that possible. There has to be something to explain that. 2 years of high level gameplay to down right atrocious in a span of a month. I can't come to conclusion other than a mental affect because of conflicts with teammates

posted 7 months ago

Yeah by no means its the same but tenz was being clowned a lot for a lot of poor performances but he had sentinels back him up, a luxury the yay doesn't have but yeah yays downfall is just extreme.

posted 7 months ago

Yeah I feel like tenz is the perfect example, was in his situation but bounced back but only difference is he had sentinels back him up no matter what

There's nothing toxic and unprofessional about what he did in those comms, if you have any bit of competive experience you know this is normal, he was the best player few months before dsg and he has a set standard that he expects, he wanted to WIN. His teammates failed to deliver.. pretty sure he went to dsg considering he knew 1 or 2 players like exalt but probably got frustrated with the poir team play and support going from andbox to optic to c9. Plus roster lock, he had to play somewhere to keep his rhythm

Its unfortunate, it's very hard to watch all this shit thrown at the dude, people can't show the slightest compassion to help him, wasn't even his fault getting kicked down to the low tiers. Just poor circumstances

posted 7 months ago

Can we talk about how yay had to deal with a broken tier 2 team going from optic to c9 and then just downhill all for no reason but because c9 had financial issues, all these players (aspas,tenz,derke,...) now had tier 1 teams to help them throughout like tenz in sentinels no matter what they had his back through ups and downs, yay got thrown down the ladder for no reason and couldn't go back up because of roster lock last season, this is just his circumstances that completely destroyed him, I feel like people completely forget that. Imagine going through all that right? People just don't lose skills overnight. In his case it just feel like a HUGE psychological influence and media that affected his game overall and now he's struggling.

I agree yay was the mvp of 2022 and player of the year with one masters and total 3 finals, jingg still has a long way to go

posted 7 months ago

Alfa is good but Yay did this for more than a year, absolute beast he was in 2021 and 2022, alfa has much more to prove
