Is that not why Paper rex evolved into more of an aggressive hive mind who knew when to press W and who maximized firepower as opposed to just a regular team whose strategy was to bum rush their opponents every round?
Sure it requires extreme amounts of firepower but so does every playstyle in Valorant, and its not like a team with F0rsaken and something is ever going to be lacking firepower.
Monyet may not have displayed he can match Jinggg's firepower but he has displayed he can match his aggression to an extent. I think paper rex is adjusting to the tip of the spear not necessarily being the sharpest weapon in their arsenal. Something and F0rsaken are good enough on their own to keep W gaming potent, but they are also looking for Monyet to be a 3rd x factor in terms of fragging, when he seems much more suited to taking space and being a body to trade, kind of like victor just way less refined.
He would double satchel with op every round and either kill 4 or die. Alecks has enough stress to deal with already I don't think watching something lose 4700 credits in the enemies spawn every 3 rounds would be good for his health.
He's getting shit for it because he's doing it poorly, not just because he's just filling in.
you literally just proved my point. Also realistically yes I do believe that. Is Jinggg the only person out of 8 billion people who could do it? No probably not. Is he the only tier 1 pacific player who could do it? Probably, maybe if you went through some serious trial and error with t2 and fringe t1 players you could find someone, but thats what they did with monyet and look at how that turned out. Alecks said he was pounding in scrims than he struggled on Lan. Jinggg is the only pacific player who we can say with even the slightest degree of confidence that he could slot in to Paper Rexs system as a raze and thrive statistically.
Do it at a level that is satisfactory for paper rex's rabid fans? Yeah probably, maybe jawgemo could do it but honestly i dont even know if he could. Monyet IS filling that role, he is doing his job, double satcheling, playing like a loon, blasting people in the face, get blasted in the face. And guess what? He is getting shit on for it. People aren't just expecting monyet to hold W and entry for his team in one of the most chaotic teams on one of the hardest roles, they are also expecting him to drop a consistent 25/18/9 while he is at it. Genuinly Jinggg might be the ONLY guy capable of doing that night in night out.
do you think it would be viable to make moves like pushing mindfreak onto sentinel on certain maps? Cypher seems to be the only agent F0rsaken isn't goated on, and it seems like a sensible move to push mindfreak onto cypher, monyet on to omen, and have f0rsaken play the raze (on lotus). Honestly maybe you could even have a 1 for 1 swap and have monyet learn cypher?

Give them 2 weeks to cook and they will take pacific, and then shanghai by storm. They already have a strong enough 1-2 punch with F0rsaken and Something to win against anyone, they need to lean into monyets craziness on raze and use him more as a victor like player helping to set up the team, which he currently is somewhat unintentionally. He clearly has fit well into the culture of the team and has the talent to keep up, he is just very sloppy at times with his raze and is putting himself in situations that nobody but the most elite players could survive in.
