yup, i’m impressed by the lack of 2-0s and stomps so far in groups
berserX
sorry to BOOM but he did close to nothing as duelist
ah fuck i just saw this thread my bad
imagine all the wins the Americas can get next year, the raw talent is there but they need guidance and direction
100T wouldnt be half the team they are rn if it wasn’t for sgares and ddk harnessing their players’ talent
tbh same here. i think they could be a contender for LAN wins if they worked on their mental (Furia and BR overall)
brought DRX to 12-4 first map with close to 0 lan experience, then almost beat EMEA’s 2nd seed? that sounds like an improvement to me compared to last year
i’m proud of BR and LATAM improving their game a lot. it’s not easy winning against EMEA’s 2nd seed and they got damn close. keep improving and we’ll see you next year in playoffs hopefully
i respect a guy who knows what he wants
tbagged when he won a 1v1. nothing crazy, we’re just poking fun at how butthurt some BR fans get over the littlest shit
i took it off cause they’re out, now i support my next favorite team still in champs
fake comeback, fnatic is just farming more avg viewers for their game
tactical fnatic round 6 loss to allow the 7-1 scoreline to happen
you have algebra homework to finish, log off vlr
leave it to vlr to still talk about sentinels in the middle of a vct match
if only more people were named SaltyMcNulty
they have played 6 games of breeze since the map game out. furia might squeeze out a map win
if an enemy team buys vandals, buy light armor. it takes the same amount of body shots and headshots to kill you and it saves 600 creds. if they buy phantoms, keep buying heavy armor as it prevents you from getting one tapped by a phantom.
I think fnatic is the only team i mentioned that kinda deserves the switch up from the community but other than that i agree with you
wouldn't that imply the opposite of what you're saying
i agree within reason. people shouldn't disregard current stats/info because somebody was good/bad in the past. however, 1 bad game shouldn't determine whether a team/player is one of the best/worst at the tournament. i firmly believe that if xset beats fpx today, a lot of people would seriously make the claim that fpx is washed even though that couldn't be further from the truth
there's a middle ground between these two extremes that we should be focusing on
yeah, but it's odd how all of a sudden DRX isn't "chokers" anymore, solely cause they got first seed in their group
no but you have to admit that a majority of peoples opinions of him have been incredibly reactionary
in copenhagen surf was talked about as one of the best duelists/chambers in the tournament
now he's somehow "a terrible player"
well yeah, i made this thread to inform the 10% of people who actually fall for this shit
recency bias is crazy
alright, if you're so sure then change your flair
i think leviatan proved everybody wrong and counter-stratted Liquid and PRX, but to see everyone switch up so fast when Leviatan has always been a good team (only lost 12-14 and 15-17 to fnatic in Copenhagen) is crazy.
i agree with you
i think DRX has felt recency bias the worst, i feel extremely bad for them. yeah they choke, but i saw a good amount of people putting DRX in the bottom 4 of champs
none of my teams (maybe besides prx) are the teams i used as examples. if you want to discount this recency bias as me being upset, then that’s your prerogative
damn this is such a hot take, i hope your fingers didn’t burn from it
