i think if 2 top teams from brazil do not make it into franchising (and they stay together), that team can easily win the ascension tournament. if NA teams scrim with top teams (which there really isn't anything you can do to fix that) and they become better as a result, then that team should win the ascension tournament. i think this ascension tournament will help prove what regions deserve their slots in franchising.
