tbh I just want to see an Asian scene become competitive with EU/NA/BR long-term, whether that is KR, JP, SA, SEA, or even CN

tbh I just want to see an Asian scene become competitive with EU/NA/BR long-term, whether that is KR, JP, SA, SEA, or even CN
I know a lot of ppl probably don't care so you can just exit this thread, but I'd like to share how 2022 will be a big year for the KR scene :)
Organizations:
-around 10 orgs are rumored to be entering the scene (some major, some minor), hopefully will stabilize the scene enough for there to be atleast 10 consistent teams
-small orgs already in Valorant (like NU) are starting to actually get sponsors
Players:
-lots of insane OW pros have the potential to transfer over to Valorant in 2022
-around 1-2 more superteams can be formed out of just the current players
Popularity:
-the game is back in the top 10 most popular pc games in KR again, which I assume is because of VS success
-viewership still isn't there, but it's getting a little better ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Format:
-KR might get another direct slot
-Riot hopefully will stop with the pointless seeding stages and actually implement double elimination into the format
-potential for more 3rd party tournaments to be held in East Asia, with China entering the scene (CN + KR + JP)
Anyways, thanks for sticking around and reading this, hope everyone has a great day/night :<
They still have a long journey ahead of them if they want to qualify for Champions
Still a lot of threats out there in the APAC LCQ, such as PRX, F4Q, NU, and a potential rematch with DWG
wishing GE luck tho <3
You’ll probably never get to watch TNL then because they always get screwed over by their bracket ;(
They literally were seeded against VS all 3 stages, and since KR never has double elimination, they were always eliminated early
Personally I would put TNL at least above F4Q (they beat DWG 13-7, 13-8 and had a closer game then the score showed against VS)
X10 also should be considered (though it's hard to judge the team atm)
The Red Bull Home Ground #2 and the ICEBOX Northern Classic tournament will keep the site at least a little alive
Great match, kept me on the edge of my seat
All the players have such crisp aim
Astralis to playoffs!
NA - TSM
EU - Giants
APAC - TNL
SA - 9z
I think F4Q are comparable to DWG but TNL are far better then them
TNL destroyed DWG (13-7, 13-8) and showed promising plays in their game against VS, which was closer then the score showed because of VS individual clutches
TNL >>> DWG
Idk about every Korean team, especially since:
TNL >> DWG
F4Q > DWG
VS >>>>> DWG
NU (with Hyeoni) >>> DWG
Right now I think they have potential to beat F4Q but TNL, NU, and VS atm should 2-0 them cleanly
Actually the dumbest thing I’ve read on this website in a while
FPX vs G2 nearly hit 1000
NU were lacking firepower, not strategy
Now that they have replaced Lakia with Hyeoni, I think they can go far
I see PRX taking it 2-1
Personally I think PRX and hopefully NU (who have reportedly been training like crazy) are on a different tier then the rest of the APAC teams, so it will be a difficult game to win
Same expectations as before, F4Q to go far and NU to make the GF
Not being on LAN can hurt them but I still think they, along with PRX, are the favorites of the tournament
Lots of similar errors that you can watch in the DWG vs F4Q games
They play too passive and don’t properly take map control like VS, NU, TNL, and F4Q
They looked lost af on split as well
People don’t realize it, but his entire goal is to make TSM fans look bad by acting like a brain dead one
Kind of like that Turkish dude and BBL (they’re just wasting their own time at this point)
Let's go FL
Hope Jinx performs well

The LAN teams unfortunately did not have the LAN buff ;(
Just stay awake for t3xture vs skrossi, it'll all be worth it
Common Noyn W, I haven't seen much hype around the SA LCQ so it's nice to get an update
Personally I'd rank Sharks above all of the LAN teams, based off of what I've watched from the region, but I agree with the majority of the list
8 hours until match starts, LFG :)
Don’t count t3xture out ;)
Pretty sure he said only teams that can still qualify for champs
TNL are definitely top 10 though
New Pioneers roster LFG, please stream atleast one of their games Knights
How tf did Futbolist make it?
They got destroyed in the Stage 2 EMEA playoffs and looked pretty bad in stage 3
They really haven’t done anything notable for 6 months now
Old Vitality was underrated but they tended to play to the level of their opponents for some reason
all good, just happy to watch any Valorant at all during the VCT down time
hope the production team stay safe
Is the FPS kind of choppy for anyone else?
I want to watch the games but it's pretty hard to follow atm ;-;
45-50, can go up to 60
Really fun to watch because of how organized and disciplined the teams play
start with a FaZe vod, you won't be disappointed
SEA is fun to watch but every time I tune in it feels like I'm watching a one sided map
Probably just unlucky ;-;
What's your favorite region to watch that isn't your region?
Neither NA or EU should be boasting about how difficult their education systems are because Asian countries have it worse…
Finland’s education system is dope tho ngl
If I’m on WiFi I prefer twitch
If I’m on data I prefer YouTube
YouTube takes a lot less to run on 1080/1440p then Twitch but the quality of twitch is better imo
Opened up twitch chat on accident :(
paincakes also trialed with NRG
Should be an XSET 2-0 but I'd be down to see an LG upset
Breach Flash
Skye Flash
Yoru Flash
Phoenix Ult
Not all different abilities but it would be funny
Not the best, but al0rante has some seriously underrated aim
If you don't believe me, go back and watch this game: https://www.vlr.gg/28193/ninjas-in-pyjamas-vs-team-heretics-champions-tour-europe-stage-3-challengers-2-uro16/?game=all&tab=overview
Dude is the future of Heretics
Upcomer just posted this article about Pioneers rebuilding: https://www.upcomer.com/sources-pioneers-planning-rebuild-valorant-team-with-thief-jcstani/
According to George, the team could potentially be:
jmoh
thief
Critical
jcStani
jammyz/seb
Personally, I think this roster could definitely be a top 8 team. Thoughts?
If VCT 2021 had an anime op, which teams would be featured in it?
imo Stax
He IGL's, has insane aim, and frags really well for a support player
Who knows though, Hyeoni definitely has potential to be the best
I just wanna see Heretics win something again because I feel bad for how the team ended
Also, whether you hate them or you love them, you’ve gotta admit that TSM make the scene a lot more interesting, especially with storylines
