Everyone saying the low infrastructure/develop are only imagining the poor parts, it's like having a mental picture of the slums of Detroit or the favelas of Rio and applying it to all of NA/BR, so it's a bull shit argument.
In my opinion though, it's the region's Valorant that still needs to develop more before they host a major. Give it like 2-3 years to see how well GE's plan + the SA VCL do at attracting an audience and developing semi-competitive SOUTH ASIAN (not import) teams before a major gets a hosted.

The main issue for DFM is that the players on CR will never willingly leave since the org is so popular - it's like choosing to leave KOI/KC - so that removes half the players you listed.
Now that Meiy is off the table, the team still needs a duelist player, but who would they even pick up? JP has a shortage of duelist players which is why even teams in the VCL choose to import KR/RU players, messing up the comms.

Dropping Seoldam, Suggest, and Anthem and picking up SyouTa is a good start but I genuinely don't know where they would go from there. Maybe test CLZ as the primary duelist?
