Honestly, it would be great if a new region trying to incorporate into such a big and competitive region would not act as big douchebags.
Let's be honest we all love Cinderella stories, the underdog upsets, the dark horse runs. ORDER matched all those criteria. They had a good star player, and very talented support around them and they have been separated for a long time from APAC to have everyone root for them.
However, you genuinely cannot make such posts asking for sympathy when you ruined all of this for everyone.
It all starts with Maple starting to queue in the SEA servers. Within 2 days he is a menace to 50% of the high elo players on the Singapore server. I genuinely do not remember a player of such menace in any server. I have seen throwers, I have seen hackers but no one had such a shitty attitude. To top it all off, he is a pro player. Ofc any player who has ever played with him wished for his downfall in APAC. Same for any viewers of pro players/streamers that had him in their games.
Wronski is an extremely young player and has a long career ahead of him as the APAC region will only continue to grow but you just cannot be so boastful about you being so good.
Ever notice the difference between WRONSKI and people who actually did something in Valorant?
TenZ won Iceland and never did I see him boasting about it and saying that he is the best or anything.
Forsaken and Jingg are absolute dominators in the APAC region yet if you tune in to their stream they are the most soft-spoken people despite the talent they have.
Eneri from Alter Ego celeste also is quite humble despite her talent and she is a part of one of the best GC squads in the world.
Do you want to take examples of regions that are new? Take India for example, no Indian pro ever was boastful about how good he is and how they will beat every APAC team. All they used to say is that they are going in with confidence (and that is how attitude should be). Noxxy and the rest of Alter Ego team TBagged hard at GE. However, did it ever get this messy? Some kids sent DMs to Noxxy but GE managers and players all apologized for this and it was settled in a civil way.
The same is true for literally everyone else - Yay, Nats, cNeD, you name it.
Let's compare what ORDER did -
1) Maple does not appreciate the fact that they are playing in a new region and went on with his toxic behaviour in a different and much larger server.
2) WRONSKI trash-talking Boom and effectively calling them out as such huge pussies that they cancelled the scrim just because they beat them.
It's separate from being confident and it's different from being so delusional about the abilities that you LIE ABOUT SCRIM RESULTS in your streams. Then he also proceeds to lose the game.
3) He even made a reply to my thread on VLR posting my honest opinion. Imagine being so down bad that you read and respond to VLR threads that might just be bait.
Compare this to what Boom coach did - He just plainly explained that he never lost to ORDER.
What does ORDER coach do? How does he even get the confidence to say something like this after loosing to a team with poor form and after their team has trash talked them so much.
I know as a fact that it is tough for the players of ORDER and the fans who had to wait almost 1 and a half years to see them play on an international stage but you just have to take responsibility for what you say. You cannot expect others to say nothing while you are the one doing the most trash-talk, especially as a young region.
I still do respect Texta, rDeeW and other ORDER members who have worked hard and their effort showed. WRONSKI is also talented (albeit young and inexperienced). However you just have to take this L for the time being.
Remember to not feed your egos too much next time.
