Just because horrible thing is happening here and there doesn't mean that you can't be struggling. It doesn't mean that you can't be angry or frustrated or sad with your own issues.
Comparing something like a war where millions of people die to something like feeling overworked or and stressed will obviously make your issue feel insignificant. Maybe in the grand scheme of things it is, but that doesn't mean that it isn't real for you.
