Can team secret qualify to champs through circuit points? Would anyone know?

So real Team secret is so cooked. They won against 3 bottom 6 teams and 2 out of the 3 series were close (easily could have been 1-2 rn). As I ts fan I really want them to succeed, but they will never beat the choking allegations. It hurts being a fan of this team. If they do make Champs I will be the happiest person alive. 😭😭

I’m kinda confuse why is SEA being combined together, but not with SA and OCE? Wouldn’t it make more sense for the better region to have more team due to the talent pool bigger? Is riot trying to just kill sea like in league again? Any reason riot decide to do it this way?
