I've been working out for years and taking creatine for awhile, I never loaded it and it's been perfectly fine for me. If you take too much at a time your body can't use it all efficiently. Same with protien powered that is why you don't take an insane amount

no need to load it, just take it daily. Eat clean and all you need is protein powder and creatine (you don't even really need those just eat high protein foods). and water of course, drink lots of that. Follow this and you'll be jacked like me

As an unbias NA fan in 100T vs Sen, all you Sen fans need to chill and remember you guys ain't make it to any internationals with a literal super team last year. Even the not so good player got replaced by a world champ. so chill when it comes to shitting on 100t fans you guys were the same last year. Sen also had a lot more time to prac with their IGL this off season then 100T. Sen was scrimming with their IGL before 100T even knew they could get Boostio. I believe Sen will be better than 100t this year, but that it will be a lot closer than a lot of the Sen diehards claim

as an NA fan they'll be back. Yes they obviously could have played better, but they got really unlucky with the format. Made it to the playoffs of their region but still only got to play the same amount of games as teams who lost twice in a row. so true. Gen G was literally my 2nd favorite team in Madrid, this was like actually the best possible outcome for me as a fan. People didn't even think Gen would make it to madrid but look at them now

Zellsis has been my favorite player since Sen LCQ (when I started watching VCT) and watching him tear up on stage after dropping a 19-9 was amazing. Had me tearing up too
That being said Gen G is a SCARY team. Really only lost cause they crumbled under the pressure on that last icebox map. You could tell it got to them because they didn't have nearly the same energy they did throughout the rest of the tourney. Insanely fun team and game to watch. GG's to both teams!
