I'm a T1 fan and I agree the format is awful they do not deserve that spot
personally I would still take gen g but it is not definitive. Talon is 4-1, Secret is 3-3 like gen but also beat PRX. Despite the record I believe T1 are also pretty good. Lots of teams you could put in that 3rd spot

Great list but I think Marved and Pancada at minimum need a mention for the smokes tier. Mako had a bit of a down year last year like these 2 so I don't think they are that far off
