PRX don't have a proper IGL but apparently the big calls are mostly made by Forsaken and Davai. They're also a very vocal team and have a lot of time played together. That's why it works for them. It wouldn't be half as good with other teams.

Bleed might do better than expected tho since their duelist is too young for VCT tier 1 by a year and their initiator has mandatory military service. So if they pick up 2 cracked players they might be a solid contender next year.
