I don't think he can join a tier 1 org at this time bc most rosters are locked in, he has to wait for mid season to potentially join one or go play in tier 2. He maybe can be sign as a 6th man

Dropping Rossy at this time mean he can't have a job for next year because most if not all rosters have locked in for 2025. He has to either go play in tier 2 or wait until the mid season where teams can change roster. Feel bad for Rossy man.... he was undoubtedly their best player in Redbull. This is another Yay situation all over again

You can't really "upgrade" with most of MxS old player going to tier 1, doing that would require signing some tier 1 pros or at least on the top of tier 2 to be on par with mada, v1c and flyuh. This is the best they can do without spending a shit ton of money
