Bahrain - same as above, except when I get triggered by an Indian on this forum
Tokyo - I get 400 ping there
you can get g203/g102 for cheap, it has a decent sensor - doesn't spin out and has good speed, it can track 5m/s iirc. Imo 3360 is a better sensor, at least it felt like that to me and there are definitely mice that are selling for around $35 with it, so it all depends on the shape that you prefer. If you pay a bit more then you can find some 3389 too, I've seen some mouse from a polish brand here, it was for like $45 I think
EDIT: my 203 was double clicking after like 2 years (1.5 year of actual usage), but you can get new switches for cheap and solder them in

if it's within 2 years you can just return it, at least here you can. In other countries the warranty is probably 1 year, which is still a longer period that you mentioned, afterwards you can just replace the switch, they are sold like 10 pcs for 1€

I'm the cs fanboy that you are talking about, but I think that each game has a different skill ceiling, not necessarily higher, but it's just different things to learn, valorant pros will probably have to learn how to adapt more frequently as the game is changing so much, while in cs we have the same thing over and over and we get hyped when a new boost is discovered lol. I'd give valorant more time to mature and these random players that you are talking about will either become a household name of the game or just be forgotten. When cs started the players were randoms too.
