To clarify, top 4 teams from Madrid shouldn't include LOUD since TH played better than them + the only reason TH didnt make playoffs is playing against 2 of the top 3 teams while almost beating one as well. So therefore 3/4 teams from top 4 Madrid are still top tier teams
