Victor said in the interview pre tourney some teams play styles sit better against other teams. Maybe G2 just know what works against sentinels but when against Gambit and other teams that play style doesn’t work. Tbh G2 look like a different monster from EMEA playoffs wouldn’t doubt that the 4th emea seed doesn’t match their current status. Sentinels had an off day it happens here and there G2 looked great. GG go next. Remember NaVi in cs lost a match in the group stage and went on to win the tourney would love to see this continue here

Like what most pros say, valorant is so complicated if you bring your A game and the other team doesn’t most likely you can win. SEN is still favorites for the tourney and they’ll use this to adapt and get better, no doubt sentinels are still the best but you have to lose games to get better. G2 look the real deal

well the 4th seed doesnt auto qual they still have to play group stage, would u rather emea have 5 and then na 4? or team that won the previous tourney or vct gets an extra qual spot? and wouldn't a region doing well get more spots? teams from other regions wont get better from just playing their region so having a more likely chance of playing an NA or EMEA team would help them improve.

a lot that can be interchanged from 9-12 i think they all deserve any position around there. PRX did pretty well against VS they may be able to get past SMB seeing that VS beast acend and how the VS PRX games went. But smb stil favored above imo

Just want to see these teams and oce develop, no matter the result this will be good for oce to develop into a better region and hopefully get a spot for VCT next year. They moved because of the opportunities that could be given. To move to a better region was a good move so they could learn how to compete at the top. If they went back to OCE they would be sitting at the top with a bit of competition from order and that's about it. To get better they have to play better teams. Next year we'll see what happens and hope we can get some OCE love at the top level. Although its technically not over. LCQ is still available and who knows what happens. But i think everyone knows the expected.
