May be they don't wanna be the best team in the world right away! Cz often stack rosters don't perform upto expectation, so it's a big financial risk. For teams like SEN, 100T, C9 etc who have a lot of fans that want success, org actually need to feed to the frenzy sometimes and convince the fanbase that they are building a roster ready to win. But for EG, that's not the case. A home grown talent development structure is lot more sustainable and makes a lot of sense for them. 'skill gap' isn't a permanent issue, you can mitigate it with hard work, good coaching, building team chemistry etc.

you guys don't realize there are other advantages to having a 10 men roster. They can have a Team A and Team B to scrim each other and try out setups.

I don't think NRG will be good initially. New meta, new star player, not being able to start full scrimmage yet but they definitely do have the higher ceiling between the two. They will be better than 100T in the long run imo.

Victor is always a high impact player. Also, I doubt zellsis is going to be their entry, most likely it's gonna be leaf. leaf is a fantastic player but I don't know if he would be as selfless as victor.

I hope they will be at their best but I am trying to be realistic. who knows when they are gonna get visas! There will be 30 teams in that tournament, no one knows how fked the format is going to be. The tournament winner literally have to be flawless at every stage and it's hard when you have a new mix of people, possible language barrier, coaching stuff with possibly differing ideas, new metas. They have! When did I say SEN hasn't got the firepower to compete with 100T? But firepower isn't everything. With sacy & pANcada not having visas yet and too many moving pieces on the roster I don't think SEN will be best prepared for Brazil LAN but I expect them to get better over the year.
