Not that serious? 2 out of 5 of your roster are gone in the midst of an important qualifier, not to mention one of the guys you dropped literally flew to a different continent just to be fired a month later...

L for 100T, good luck to Dicey and b0i
Shahzham himself said on stream and interviews he had to explain several things like defaulting and rotating when they joined the team. Fragging is not all of it. whole point being Rawkus doesn't seem to have a ton of experience.
Overwatch experience doesn't really translate to VAL, it is precisely why Zombs and Sinatraa had a slow start when VAL came out.
Valorant has been out long enough for it's experience to really be great as a coach. IDK, I agree with the guy that said that he trusts Shahz and Sen on this one, cause it really doesn't look great.
Bro I know. All this talk about "not finding a right fit" and "being the right coach" and "adding value" to add Rawkus????
I know, but analyst skills usually come with experience. Rawkus doesn't really fit the profile as an experienced coach/player.
Hopefully I'm wrong and he makes a positive impact on the team.
Ah yes let's add the mid-tier Sova player who peaked as a 2nd tier pro in OWL as a coach for the #1 team in NA.
babybay isn't really a problem, the problem is FaZe depend waayyy too much on him doing good. Kinda like when C9 depended on TenZ popping off.
Why would they drop BabyJ?! FaZe making 100 IQ plays. I get a feeling he won't be the only one leaving FaZe.
