To be more like other initiators and be less broken, his rechargeable ability should be his stun instead of the rockets. You'd have to be pickier when using them instead of being able to spam them at the start of the round and still be able to use them later to deny plant/defuse etc. Either that or he gets skye treatment and just doesn't get a rechargeable ability lol
