yes i know but they used the email to change the email on the account so i dont know how that will help. i still have access to the email that it was changed too i changed the password and everything

Ive done that and they actually asked the exact questions before i changed my email and they accepted it and now theyre rejecting it i dont get how this is happening

Ive recently had my account and changed the email to a personal one and forgot to turn 2fa on and then a few days later it was hacked and the email was changed and then, i contact riot and they say that info i provided wasnt enough i have so many clips etc to prove that i owned the account. i think whats stumping them is the DOB which i was a kid when making the account and probably wanted to be older than 18 and so i dont know what random day i put. please can anyone help me out here.
