Sea is like the emea of Asia, they have a lot of different regions they come together for the challengers finals, I think that by October it should be worth it( sea is catching up to kr and jp

teams in the tournament yeah, but for emea you already played/placed better than 3 other teams that you won't be in group stage with, so acend could play against 5 teams in the tournament but they actually already beat 3 of them, so total 8 teams.
For comparison iceland SEN only beat 3 teams(win 4 games) yet won masters(they beat fnatic twice). fnatic played 6 teams in iceland(played SEN twice). a team had to win 4-5 games without losing to win iceland. in berlin winning 5 games and losing 0 gets you the win.
While I don't like this bracket its not as it seems, atleast its not all single elim like EMEA was before stage 3.

it is but valve's recent changes only keep people playing the game in, and isn't trying to get new players to play the game. valve making it so that only prime members can play ranked and f2p accounts can't get prime anymore helps people who already have prime get less cheaters, but doesn't get more people into the game as they will instantly be put against cheaters and won't want to spend money on the game to only slighty reduce the number, especially now since they can play valorant without the cheaters

yet they lost to Xset, the match against NV was 2 13-11s, and the grand finals against 100t was 2 rounds away from bringing 100t to a 5th game on bind. If they win that map they have a really good chance as the last map was icebox

Thief played cypher against lg and top fragged??? Thief is 1-1 a better player. V1 just aren’t as good after meta changes. Vanity judge, lineups, viper- astra all got nerfed.
