Hard agree, for me that's the reason why LOL is so boring, the region dominance is too strong and you always know who's gonna be the champ

He played alot on the BR server and was really toxic so many people that played on high elo already hated him, then he got a couple of situations where he was toxic/racist (basically thats the debate around him, if he was racist or just toxic)!
And of course after that there is the dgzin situation
