We are looking for 5-person teams (ranked Diamond 1 or higher, subs optional) to participate in a 4-week competition as part of a Master’s thesis study (Utrecht University) on team communication in VALORANT. The goal of this thesis is to investigate behavioural indicators of effective teamwork based on player communication and in-game stats.

• Duration: 15 April - 15 May 2024
• Game days are Monday and Friday at 20:00 UTC+2 (Netherlands)
• Location: Discord (Online)
• Min. team rank: Diamond 1 (latest or peak rank)
• Server: Europe
• Limited spots available

• We will be collecting voice data and in-game data via an Overwolf app
• Language: English-speaking only
• Age: 18+
