Astra utility being able to be used across the whole map and buffing Viper into relevancy last year changed the game, each site at a ranked level has turned into a shit show, here's my thoughts:

  1. It's not fun to watch comp level play with util spam from these two agents and takes away from the actual gameplay of a tactical shooter for the rest of the agent pool
  2. The agent meta has now changed over to 1:30 per round of trying to get picks then :15 to :30 second of execute with whatever util you have left being the difference maker because of these two agents utility duration
  3. Agents that are meant to fast execute or entry frag are irrelevant (outside of jett - i.e. btw Neon is NOT a jett killer, she is broken in her own right)

They are coming out with Agents too fast, I would like to see them spend more time improving the maps for competitive play and improving the agents and util durations they currently have for balance instead they are putting out the new flashy things that look cool instead of fixing the guns, the run n' gun (still not fixed), and older agent feasibility

Please let me know your thoughts!

If Autimatic leaves I assume it would be to CS Team Liquid to play with Stewie and Nitr0 - that sounds like an opportunity for Auti to give one last go at a CS major. I think if that happens, although when Steel came to T1 - autimatic said via twitter "he cant wait to play with a boomer" I also think T1 has academy interest in Seven... although the shake out could be:

Skadoodle
Thwifo
Steel
Autimatic
Curry OR Seven (one of them may drop to academy considering Curry was their interm IGL if you would he has more experience)

I think it would be smart for T1 to pick up as much talent as possible, Seven is no exception, they have players in content creation, or in academy that could see a promotion. I think this might be Ska's last go if you would into VCT, if they place he will stay on 1 year contracts moving forward, but I think if T1 doesn't live up to this iteration then you are gonna see him go like some of the "boomers" if you would out of the scene and back to content creation. T1 is dropping money now and into both the current and future Valorant kids on both the professional and content/academy. T1 will be very interesting to watch for VCT 2022/2023 - odds are they will compete or reshuffle and the zoomers will come up.
