Higher temperature means higher Energy, which means the reaction reaches its activation Energy quicker, so the reaction is quicker.
Higher mass of the reactants doesn't necessarily alter the speed or the reaction, but it could lead to a greater surface area or a higher concentration (if dissolved in a liquid for example) which do lead to higher reaction speeds
