ehhh more of the groups have like a top 3 or a top 4 and maybe 1 team that could sneak ahead, just feels very predictable early on

3rd and 2nd seed get same placement, 1st gets a buy and 4th starts in lower bracket so the 4th seed like i was saying would be the most likely for an "underdog" in the group to get through, but it would be even harder for them to do anything unless they finished top of their group, i just personally feel like it just gives even less room for a underrated team to go on a run

This is pretty true, but i feel like they couldve done more random seeding and had more competitive groups cause only like 3-4 teams i can see "upsetting" a favorite but ending up securing a lower bracket seed in playoffs that probably wont matter

I like vitality a lot, supported them since last year and i still love the team now, I personally would say Vitality has a better shot at winning this event just based off of their form than G2, but I think they could still get their form up and at the very least secure 3rd.

If you unironically think Icy is better for G2 than Jawg youre tweaking, Jawg is a better player objectively and his CURRENT STATS besides lacking a little are on par or better than Icy last year, regionally and internationally. Its just not true, several coaches and players that have worked with Less as well as most desk analysts could probably tell you how good Less is at taking fights, how smart he is with his positioning and gunplay, and especially how good he is with his movement.
