Yes, pretty much every woman who gets to radiant is an outlier. Not THAT kind of outlier I was talking about, but still inherently much better than absolute majority of women and a fair amount of men.

I never put all women behind all top tier men. There might be an outlier, there always is. But generally speaking, not only a lot more men tryhard in gaming, but also they have inherent advantage.

No, almost all pros are born with lower reaction time than average human. Otherwise they wouldn't become pros, not only you need to work a lot but also an inborn skill. The fact that only 0.1% and even less playerbase gets even close to pro level, supports my point about male peak reaction time being 23ms lower than women.
