A star player is someone who plays chamber and jett, in this situation.
A star (yay) is supposed to carry. A support (Leo) is not supposed to.
I never said every good player should carry. But if you play chamber and jett, you must be on top of the scoreboard for most of the time.
And yet he couldn't perform in a fucking Disguised, perhaps huge motivation loss
Leo is support in Fnatic, yay is supposed to be a star in Disguised. Leo plays against top-tier teams, yay plays against tier2 NA bums. See the difference?
He's never coming back because Masters is not his level anymore
Leo plays against the best of the best in tier1 EMEA League, has superstars in Fnatic who carry so he doesn't have to.
yay plays in Ascension, which is tier2. In the bottom of it.
No, he's just overrated. Imagine averaging 220 ACS playing against the worst teams in NA Ascension. If yay was as good as you claim him to be, he would get 250 at least.
Only winner gets 2 LCQ slots for their region
You can have 10 good teams, but if none of them wins Tokyo, you're not getting any bonus for Champions
If Fnatic lost, you would be the first guy to make multiple threads laughing at EMEA
Don't act like a victim
NRG has worse form lately, at the moment EG is the best, legacy of either doesn't matter
Who cares whether EG are underdogs, they're the best NA team
Getsys when did you come back? It's been so long
No one cares, only winner's region will get 2 LCQ slots
What a garbage NA bracket is
3 strongest teams on the same side, 100T/SEN play 1 game and go home
VLR cognitive dissonance:
ZmjjKK is one of the best duelists in the world
Navi is shit
Even if Navi wins EDG but loses to T1, FUT will advance to Champions
It's okay, LCQ will have 2 slots because EMEA is winning Masters
Navi has some players that could be in superteams
You can make multiple EMEA superteams. Unlike NA, we have a massive pool of top-tier players.
Liquid beat Fnatic last game. EMEA is very close skill wise.
Fnatic definitely doesn't have 5 best players in the region, because Boaster is not one of them. Leo is underperforming as well.
NA won 2 international trophies, EMEA 4.
Anything else?
NA fans were the first to be toxic after Sentinels won Reykjavik 2 years ago. Since then it's always been back and forth. But you started it.
For NA's West coast the timing is perfect
yay has job stability?
Franchising secured good lives only for a small fraction of top players.
No, they shouldn't. That way APAC will get even more undeserving free slots
CSGO has around 15 international tier1 events every year, Valorant - only 3.
Ongoing 8-team Blast event is a semifinal of a major? Didn't know.
Valorant Lock-In 2023 average viewers: 432 597
https://escharts.com/tournaments/valorant/vct-2023-lock-sao-paulo
There is viewership decline in both games.
However, compared to previous viewerships, Valorant has it worse.
Everyone is tired of Valorant updates at this point
Game is unstable and random
Hence viewership is dropping
Valorant has no future
Riot franchise system with 3 internationals a year is braindead
EG is barely NA's 4th best team, their run was a fluke
T1 and EG are garbage compared to NAVI and FUT respectively
Not the first time, but he's the first tier1 valorant player to pass away
Nice sample pool you got there, 1 match to compare the entire regions
FUT improved a lot since Lock-In
The rest of the world plays CS too, yet achieves nothing
CS Major playoffs have had 7/8 european teams in the last 4 events
Just because Val stage is flashy doesn't mean it's better or "modern". Valorant crowd and overall live event hype has always been underwhelming, and that's what matters. Not even talking about observer/casting diff.
It doesn't matter, they're in the main league
