Cerberus farmed free region and did nothing in both Stage 1 and Stage 2
I can accept Fancy United, but Cerberus stole a slot from someone like Full Sense and Gaimin Gladiators, who are clearly better but qualified to APAC only once and got less points, due to high competition in their leagues (Vietnam has no competition and 3 slots)
