Their perma ban is Pearl and PRX has been banning Abyss. Itll probably be Pearl and Split banned. Any way we havent seen Abyss for PRX & Breeze for NS this tourney so itll be good.

I think with this meta you need a senti on split, and most maps tbh. I reckon with cypher you wouldn't need the 2nd controller. Because you have cypher cages, neon wall and viper wall.

On defence it'd not really be that bad either. Viper orb mid, maybe paired with a cypher trip so viper could leave if they wanted to. Cypher can anchor any site solo, viper being mid for fast rotates to either site, neon & yoru can basically rotate from either site instantly. So, you could stack 1 site with fade, neon and yoru which could easily handle a site hit.

On attack having 2 lurking agents could make it obvious for lurks making teams on defence more hesitant to rotate. Yoru, Fade & Cypher should have enough recon util (prowler, fade eye, cypher cam/ult, yoru clone/ult) Neon, Yoru, Fade should be able to take any main without any problem. Cypher cam on spike if its smoked. You can switch between cypher cages and viper wall on A site for lurks. So, you can place your viper wall on B and use cypher cages to try and lurk up on A.

They'll genuinely have a chance at winning the whole event.

itll be hard for G2 to keep those players (if they dont win something, even then its not guaranteed they would stay. e.g. pancada, sacy to sen after winning champs) so many orgs will come for those guys.

All G2 players contracts end this year. I personally dont think valyn & trent have any reason to stay on G2 unless they win something this year. that "comradery" from the guard has basically gone. most likely if G2 dont win something this year valyn will be the most sought after player in americas and trent/leaf/dawgemo will be similar. if im right who goes where?

FNC are notoriously slow when adapting to new meta's. They'll adapt to it in stage 1 (hopefully) and will adopt the 2 duelist approach (surely) also im pretty sure Boaster tries to micro-manage everyone on the team (might not be now, i heard that some time ago) which can lead to them playing significantly slower, and would probably also explain why Boaster keeps getting shit KD. I'd actually like to see a "fast FNC" though. Could be revolutional. That + them adding in some fakes and playing slow, would make it practically impossible to predict what they're gonna do. (kinda like what PRX did in toronto, they added that kinda calm/slower play style in sometimes, then won the event)

edit: to add on to the micro-manage part. over time FNC have lost players, those players have been vital for Boaster. 2023 being his peak performance wise. Derke, Leo, Chronicle helping with calls/mid rounding must've been really helpful for Boaster to focus more on his performance than IGLing. Currently he only has Crashies to help him with calling/mid rounding (pretty sure its just him) Must be insanely hard for Boaster atm, hopefully Veqaj or Alfa can help with mid rounding in the future. (i could be absolutely wrong and chatting out my arse ngl, but thats what i think anyway)

As someone with the early access version of this ID verification thing, I don't understand the complaints. I use discord every day and it hasn't affected me. Its genuinely not that bad, if you don't verify ID its just the same, but without NSFW channels. The only logical issues I kinda agree with are the risks of data breaches and the potential of discord taking it further, but you don't need to verify ur ID, so the first one can be avoided. The second reason is practically brand suicide, so that kinda makes me think that they wouldn't do that, cause once they do the community just like its currently doing, would boycott the hell out of it.

(I've read a single article about this, so if I'm missing anything mb. I'm also not an absolute gooner, maybe thats why I'm not that affected.)

If Vitality fail again this year. This could work, PROFEK is really good though. Sayonara could learn omen, Jamppi or Chronicle can play init if Sayonara plays omen. nAts has chemistry already with Jamppi & Chronicle. Could also help Jamppi as a second caller. Tbh this is based on if PROFEK does really bad, but thats unlikely.

(they literally put wayne on astra in split and he went positive, but didnt think to put him on astra in corrode and put one of the best senti players ON SENTI) Also not using their academy team to promote players?? surely they scrim against each other more than any other team so the chemistry should be there.
