is it going to be the same size of teams? id hope for a lot more orgs be in each region rather than starting off low and hoping ascension teams can stay up
probably better off joining a co streamers discord like tmv or another
id rather see Comeback on a comfortable agent who he's played in officials before than Wo0t on an agent hes not played in a long time?
Why is Comeback on chamber when it is his best agent by far?
i think seven plays it no? some one on TSM i remember was playing it.
why am i reading something from 2 years ago ;-;
Florescent to G2, babybay becomes performance coach helps the vibes within the team. Or Tenz to G2 would be cool also.
I mean... SRG, top 3 GC team itw are getting destroyed in t2 NA
Not really. Maybe in the moment, but the end result matters the most. If you lost you wouldn't say "i carried you to a loss"
SHE chose to join them. how do you see Avova, Molsi & hype and think youre gonna win games lmao
is the LCQ thing happening this season or next? like will t2 teams be able to have a chance at qualling to champs this year?
i didnt say she was shit, just said she hasnt won a game in t1, its also a comparison to one of the best players OAT.
fut at shanghai i agree with, but gx at champ is pretty similar to m8 at santiago tbh. (gets to playoffs through group stage and loses to the winner of the tournament then loses the next game)
edit: also gx really annoyed me in champs was expecting a good game against NRG but they got shit on
funny to think that florescent has lost every game in t1
genuinely has to be an org curse or something, so many different iterations of players/coaches and they still cant do it
considering bbl started off in the playoffs and m8 literally lost both games in the playoffs i would say it kinda is. especially when m8 only beat the 3rd seed of china & 3rd seed of emea to make the playoffs
the new teams that make an international from EMEA are always inexperienced and dont make it to the next one cause the rest of the teams have figured out the meta. Idek how liquid cant make it past the group stage though.
On their teams. (for the bad)
FNC - Elmapuddy, Mistic,
TL - Soulcas, Mistic, Sayf, Kamo
NAVI - Shao, Happy, Koalanoob, Filu, d00mbr0s,
KC - Xms, Saadhak, LewN,
TH - Keloqz, Mixwell, Wo0t (not on duelist),
VIT - Faded, Sayf (igl), Less
GX - Redgar, Fit1nho, Pipson,
BBL - Qutionerx, chiwa (why wait so long?)
FUT - Gais, qRaxs (not on init),
Apeks - Losing all their players, Soulcas,
M8 - Veqaj, RobbieBk, madc, goked,
Apeks' all time team is kinda insane aim wise. (Keiko, Kaajak, Florescent)
Ill never forgive JessieVash for what he done to that TL roster at lock//in. But Rimuru is a decent pickup for this meta.
Neither will i forgive throwcas.
The replies look like a wave and i ruined it...
he didnt join boom. boom joined him.
tbh the gambit players were obviously really good at aiming, but their team synergy and flexibility were really the main reason they were good. d3ffo was really OP crutched also and with chamber getting introduced, and duelists kinda becoming useless + having 2 other players who wanted to play chamber and who were better than him on it also, probably caused him to fall off.
yeah but im assuming thats cause they had suygetsu on kc and you cant really remove him from that and also senti's basically becoming useless in this meta probably contributed to that too. but he was a viper/senti player on koi for some time.
some how almost every gambit member turned into a viper/senti player except redgar
Tbh back during 2023 IGL's weren't seen as what they currently are. Most IGL's back then (2021-2023) were actually "alright" at fragging (better than they are now) IGL's were basically expected to play as good as the rest, obviously they weren't as good as the rest at fragging, but being IGL wouldn't be a valid excuse for you to being shit.
You had Shahzam, Redgar, ANGE1, Scream, Valyn, Benkai, Saadhak, kiNgg, stax, (even Boaster was better than most current IGL's at fragging back during 2021-2023) Most people just assumed an IGL would play as good as the rest of the players. So, he got flamed hard even though he was put in an insanely hard position. (before SEN pretty sure he was co-IGLing with Ayrin on XSET). Plus he had to play with 2 Brazilians who didn't speak good english. Imagine co-IGLing a team, then getting signed to a team that btw didn't really have any other good callers other than Sacy whose english wasnt his main language, then having to start solo IGLing in a brand new team with 2 world champions + Tenz & Zekken, no structure in place, and in an org that has a fan base that wants to win everything. It was practically a lose/lose situation for him.
wtf is "valyn's peeing meta" I need to know about that rn
Him rolling his R's when the words dont have R's is literally annoying asf, other than that his content is probably good, just that personality quirk makes it hard for me to watch.
Current meta
Marteen - duelist
Kaajak - 2nd duelist
Nats - controller/senti, igl
Alfajer - flex
Chronicle - initiator
Brim
Miks
Neon
What would we witness? (ive not seen any gameplay on it other than the stim. Imagine double stim with neon crazy fast rotates)
Copy the leader im assuming, but bbl could change that
tried playing a dm on there a couple days ago and it was literal bots with 100 HS% with every bullet.
Considering they made FNC play 2 of their perma ban maps i dont think it mattered much.
Dont be speaking like they didnt have a new player and marteen going super sayian plus their kickoff curse
casual marteen game carried them over the line nothing too ridiculous.
im glad those frauds now understand what fnatic had to deal with in toronto.
especially frauwk keep spamming that odin.
One of the few players who perfected their role.
akamaru (leaker) replied saying "obviously" to someone who said tenz obviously turned down his comeback. idk if that means sentinels chose jerrwin over tenz or if it literally means it wasnt obvious tenz rejected it.
2021 champs gotta be the biggest shithouse win in the games history. the team that won literally got eliminated.
they literally got eliminated then got to replay with a massive advantage going 7-0 up instead of it being 0-0 and they almost lost it being 7-0 up.
plus im pretty sure a lot of people wanted to see gambit be the first org to get 2 trophies and in a row at that.
Their perma ban is Pearl and PRX has been banning Abyss. Itll probably be Pearl and Split banned. Any way we havent seen Abyss for PRX & Breeze for NS this tourney so itll be good.
Was trying to think of some split comps and thought of this.
Yoru
Neon
Viper
Fade
Cypher/Vyse (Depends on if you want flashes, or more "smokes". I prefer Cypher)
I think with this meta you need a senti on split, and most maps tbh. I reckon with cypher you wouldn't need the 2nd controller. Because you have cypher cages, neon wall and viper wall.
On defence it'd not really be that bad either. Viper orb mid, maybe paired with a cypher trip so viper could leave if they wanted to. Cypher can anchor any site solo, viper being mid for fast rotates to either site, neon & yoru can basically rotate from either site instantly. So, you could stack 1 site with fade, neon and yoru which could easily handle a site hit.
On attack having 2 lurking agents could make it obvious for lurks making teams on defence more hesitant to rotate. Yoru, Fade & Cypher should have enough recon util (prowler, fade eye, cypher cam/ult, yoru clone/ult) Neon, Yoru, Fade should be able to take any main without any problem. Cypher cam on spike if its smoked. You can switch between cypher cages and viper wall on A site for lurks. So, you can place your viper wall on B and use cypher cages to try and lurk up on A.
