i did the exact same thing as you. Instead of playing to win or rank up, I play to improve myself. I reached Ascendant 3 96/100 from Plat2-Dia1 in just 2 weeks(no cap). Just one more win and I'll finally touch immo. I started thinking about getting immortal rank then started losing because my mental changed. I started blaming my teammates and get stressed lmao.
