Alecks is more like Syyko(XSET, SEN former coach) who gives motivation/confidence to the team instead of actually cooking strats and counter strats. There are some clips out there where he just say "be more confident, be more aggressive, be faster, etc" on timeouts.
He relies too much on his players' insane aim. It's f0rsaken who actually cook their strats and that's the problem. f0rsaken can't see the whole picture while he is playing so they can't adjust properly.

There should be an assistant coach who helps alecks cook proper strats in case their usual WGaming doesn't work. A coach with a different perspective will greatly help them. I nominate Warbirds(TS former coach) as his former team managed to take down PRX a couple of times. He can be the one to notice and fix PRX's gaps/mistakes.

I'm not sure but it looks like alecks is actually their mental coach(from the timeout clips that i've seen) and f0rsaken is the real coach who cook up their strats(based on interviews). But yeah, I agree that they should get another coach and aside from that get some analysts. They should let f0rsaken focus on just playing.
If possible, kick mindfreak(he is good but too inconsistent) and get a real IGL who can play smoke/senti. This hivemind thing doesn't really work.

Sadly PRX won't win a trophy until the end of Valorant. I feel bad for f0rsaken. He should leave PRX and join another team with proper coaching staff, analysts, and a real IGL.
NGL i think alecks is one of the main problem. They are only winning games because of their insane aim but alecks don't really provide anything when they are getting anti'd like that game vs G2.
From what I've heard f0rsaken cook up most of their strats, IGL some maps/rounds, and play almost all agents. They could easily get an assistant coach and analysts but they won't.
His talent is wasted on this team.
