I think it has more to do with Pancada having some health issues. They can't really keep him as a 6th man in case he's still sick when they need him to play. SEN is probably still paying him.

Curry is 100% just a clout pickup. He said not too long ago that he doesn't want to be on the starter roster of any team cause he likes money and he makes way more money just streaming all the time. Being on Sentinels bench rn is perfect for him cause he gets another paycheck and doesn't have to compete.

Terrible comparison. Tarik and Kydae are related to SEN in some capacity so it makes their bias and intentions very clear when you watch them, they aren't trying to analyze anything, they are just there to root for friends (and in Kydae's case, her FIANCE). TMV on the other hand needs to be unbiased because his entire job is to analyze games and form opinions on clear cut results.

Madrid isn't the end goal of the season, it's champs, that's why they cared. Saying they didn't care is just copium

I mean thats why I said relatively unknown and not straight up unknown. Anyone who is like us who keeps up with the news of trialing players and watch the T2 scene will know about them, but most people only watch the franchise league or only know teams that make internationals wont really know these players, especially people who mainly watch emea wont know a player from NA T2. Not everyone will know little things like how Demon1 was originally going to join DSG before EG picked him up.

That's what I'm sayin, Shahz and Tenz are still friends to this day and you can clearly see in Shahz's watch parties that he voices his support for Tenz even during the Sen v G2 matchup while being part of G2. Shahz's beef was with the SEN org itself based on getting kicked off the team when franchising first started.

I mean tbf... KC is stoking the flames of the NA narrative with N4rrate on their team, they give off that vibe because they got a RELATIVELY (<--- important word right here) unknown player to become one of their star players

Im so hyped for this match. I wanted both of these teams to go to masters, but oh well.

As a SEN fan, I also agree that on paper, all of the other teams in the playoffs are better. I just support them cause they are fun to watch and I like the players. I'm here for the entertainment and I like how far they've gotten so far. It's not any deeper than that.

They spent the last two maps against G2 advertising their team capsule with inspect. The SEN players themselves said that they found it hard to really care after they qualified on first map.

It should've had actual stakes outside of Masters Qual, even something as small as placement for a future event. Having two full maps that have no stakes and are purely to pad time until a draw is just boring for everyone involved, not just the viewers.

I blame the format tbh. Take the last two maps with a grain of salt since G2 played against SEN when they didnt really need to care and do proper execs. Its hard to lock in when there isnt anything at stake, especially when actually trying means showing the other teams your strats and giving them time to make counterstrats.

both

It's not just in favor of Sen, but also that G2 lost their chance to qualify after losing the first map and Sentinels guaranteed a spot. So the stakes of G2 winning any round/map afterwards is against a Sen that doesn't need to play with any effort anymore.
