flynn had some crazy shit aswell

posted 6 months ago

tier 2 needs it

posted 6 months ago

I mean he said F1 driver org, it could be either tbh but I think Norris already has an org and stuff I don't know if Verstappen does

posted 6 months ago

UCAM CEO insinuating there are gonna be very big orgs joining in next year

Apeks might leave because they kinda just bought the org in charge of Polaris stream so it wouldn't make much sense

BUT he insinuated a big Cs org (Heroic most likely), A big European org coming back from China (NIP), and an F1 driver org (Norris Quadrant)
That would surely attract other orgs aswell

Also mentioned doesn't believe there will be academies at all

Demon1 Sova

posted 6 months ago

Mb miss understood what you meant

posted 6 months ago

He’s got 1 more year on his contract. Until the offseason of 2025

posted 6 months ago

FNC doesn’t strike me as the kind of team that would let a player like Derke go for less than his clause

posted 6 months ago

He is not a Free Agent, it’s very different

posted 6 months ago

Alright xD

posted 6 months ago

Are we counting Berlin as Chinese?

posted 6 months ago

I mean yeah, it’s an international event

posted 6 months ago

Yes yes to prepare ofc, it wouldn’t make sense if only one prepared maps. I’m talking more about timeouts and in between maps

posted 6 months ago

He’s the specialist on the emotional part of the team, Weber is the more tactical one. Great tandem

posted 6 months ago

xD

7ft, skinny, black and bald?

Barsa Derke comfirmed

posted 6 months ago

A fish

posted 6 months ago

Have you not seen Demon1’s Sova?

posted 6 months ago

Unless we’re counting PSG Talon or Wolves. But PSG and Wolves are not serious clubs so yes, Barsa is sort of the first proper one

posted 6 months ago

KOI Derke let’s go

posted 6 months ago

I fr thought he was the new signing for the team and that he was gonna cook and next game I seen him gone xD

posted 6 months ago

Def seen 500 before but it’s rare for sure

They haven’t

Any team, is not like EMEA has any other import at all other than narrate who is most likely leaving. And he might count as a import but the citizenship at least means there’s no paperwork to be done

That being said he ain’t coming

Vyse flash is meant to be used with previous thought on long distances and in more of a passive way. Skye flash is way more versatile to be used for teamates, pop flash, fake flash etc idk

posted 6 months ago

Hope he gets invited to the wedding

posted 6 months ago

Well it also gives info but other than that it's kinda polar opposite as a flash to a Skye flash

posted 6 months ago

Probably, still crazy that we never saw anything suspicious in pro play

posted 6 months ago

I think the common agreement nowadays is that he was. And yet still I find it hard to believe, how is it possible that in all the time he competed there is not a single competitive clip of him doing something weird, we only have that bind clip on ranked.

Whatever it is credit to the man, if he was a cheater he was insanely good at it, both making the cheat and using it discretely, if he wasn't a cheater he was insane

posted 6 months ago

Interesting thanks

posted 6 months ago

Hopefully in a couple weeks we start getting the ones with actual rosters

posted 6 months ago

Everyone on this thread doesn’t seem to be aware all of LEV players are out of contract other than aspas so it doesn’t really matter what Fer wants

posted 6 months ago

Vyse in general seems really strong and actually fun. Great job by Riot here tbh

posted 6 months ago

In LOL they paid 5M for one player alone and the proceded to sell him 1 year after for half the money xD
But tbf to them I think they did win that year at least

posted 6 months ago

Nope, no way Riot allows that

posted 6 months ago

Wait until you find out about what they did with Perkz xD

posted 6 months ago

Much better condensed version than mine and completely accurate

posted 6 months ago

If we're going purely of off earnings you need to add Ethan's CS earnings

Don't mind at all. It's a little complex so in order to understand I'm gonna have to give you the full context of the history of KOI and it might be long af so sorry but here we go xD.

KOI was created not too long ago. 2022 was their first ever full year, absolutely massive since they 1 due to Ibai, but very unexperienced so they started slow only with Valorant and LOL tier 2.

For 2023 Riot accepted them into VCT but wanted to grow more so they merged with Rogue so that they could now be in LEC. But the merger was a complete disaster, it was broke from very early on, the management was disastrous and Ibai even ended up having to pay 2 mill out of his pocket in Salaries because Rogue even quit paying. That being said the roster was good, I believe they underachieved a lot.

During the offseason of 2023 while making the roster for 2024 Rogue and KOI decided to split up, and they didn't even know who was gonna keep the spot or who had to pay for anything so Barbar literally couldn't make a roster and obviously the season turned out a disaster

But after the split up, since as I said KOI was very inexperienced as small they decided to merge again, but this time with someone they already knew. Movistar Riders, arguably one of the most successful orgs in Spanish history, this is specially good because they had what KOI was missing, a good sporting structure built through years that had been successful before. On top of that they also merged with MAD who also brings reliable money and the LEC spot

Unlike the other merger this one has already been very successful, making Worlds with 4 rookies in LOL or making the last Major in Cs. The people in charge of those projects are for the first time gonna be also in charge of KOI Valorant 2025 so this is the first time they can operate with money, time, and already proven people behind it

Hope it makes sense sorry if it's too long lmao

posted 6 months ago

They doubled the spots for split 2? Really? Or am I understanding it wrong. If so that's crazy ngl but reaffirms me on what I'm saying 10x more

Say we bro, I've never understood why it's not done more often in esports. At least in spanish we always say we referring to our team

Do you really think it would hurt the viewership? Even if it was only to hate watch? Because I look at it through the prism of my league and I think the exact opposite. Last year if there was a Zeta vs Five I wanted to watch the game but I didn't care much who won which makes it sort of boring, in the other hand if they played SAW or DSYRE I would be much more interested in the game. Maybe it's just me tho

Look it's not ideal, opening back the CIS league is, but since that's not happening I really think is not that bad at all. That being said the conversation is pointless because they already decided xD

Who tf says kamo and starxo will be on the team next year. Building from 0 a project, just like TH or KC did last year
